What you can expect when working with me
Fear of the unknown holds us back from many opportunities for growth and change. This page is dedicated to letting you know what you can expect when working with me. I hope to answer questions, provide transparency, and inspire creativity.
1. Contact Me
Reach out! Call, text, email, carrier pigeon (ok maybe not the last one, but aren't they cool?!). I'm not a fan of "salesy" cold calls and spammy emails, which means I don't chase clients down. So I need you to let me know if you'd like to learn more, if you have questions, or you want to get to know more about me and my services.
2. Discover Call
This is the exciting part. We sit down in person or on Zoom and get to know one another to see if we'd be a good fit. I do not charge for discovery sessions because I value your time, which I believe is currency enough here.
3. Brainstorm Session
After we see what a great team we'd make together, we dig into your marketing goals. I learn more about your current marketing strategy, look for areas to improve, and successes to maintain. We clarify brand voice, service frequency, contract pricing, and any other details necessary. We make sure we're on the same page with your brand voice and strategy.
4. Delivery
I roll up my sleeves creating dream content for you while you get to focus on the areas of your business that bring you joy. All copy and content is your property and delivered to you in the manner we agreed upon in the brainstorming stage. I deliver in enough time for you to suggest edits as necessary before you post on your site or social media.
5. Communication
Our working relationship will only be successful if we communicate consistently. I will not reach out to you with questions unless they are necessary for refining the product I'm creating for you. This means your timely response directly affects the quality of that product. I've found that holding a 60 minute Zoom meeting once a month is very helpful in minimizing the need for random check-in's throughout the month.
Resolution
I've had great success with past clients, because I'm very intentional in every step of my process. Misunderstandings may arise, life can get messy, but respect must be maintained. If for some reason one of us decides it's time to part ways, I ask that parting be done using the Golden Rule.
